Douglas Haynie

Experience
Doug Haynie is the founding partner of Haynie, Litchfield & White with a special focus in the areas of local government law, real estate law, and business law. He has served as the City Attorney for the City of Marietta, Georgia since 1990 and the City of Acworth, Georgia since 1996. Doug has also represented the Cobb County Marietta-Water Authority since 2005 and the Marietta Development Authority since 1989.
Doug is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, all Georgia trial courts, the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gregg Litchfield

Gregg Litchfield is a partner at Haynie, Litchfield & White with a special focus in the areas of commercial real estate, residential real estate, corporate law and municipal law. Gregg has also served for many years as the attorney for the Cobb County Board of Elections.
Gregg is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, all Georgia trial courts, the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Daniel White

EXPERIENCE
Daniel White is a partner at Haynie, Litchfield & White with a special focus in the areas of election law, municipal law, civil litigation, real estate litigation, probate law and estate planning. He serves as counsel for the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Marietta, Georgia and the City of Acworth, Georgia, as well as representing other governmental entities and litigating for a variety of businesses, individuals, and organizations. He also has experience in the area of real estate transactions, corporate law, and adoption law.
Daniel is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, all Georgia trial courts, the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

He currently serves as a board member for the Marietta Area Chamber Council and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Marietta Rotary Club, as well as being a member of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2007-2008. He currently serves as an deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Marietta.

Bill Pinto
Bill Pinto is an attorney at Haynie, Litchfield & White who practices in the areas of election law, municipal law, employment law, and civil litigation. He assists the firm’s representation of the City of Acworth, the City of Marietta, and the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration. His practice also involves drafting and negotiating contracts for individuals and businesses.
Bill is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, all Georgia trial courts, the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bill is the pastor of Union Sanctuary in Smyrna, Georgia. He currently serves as a board member of Our Giving Garden in Mableton, Georgia. Bill has lived in Smyrna since 1999 with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Keegan, who is a 2024 graduate of the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts at Pebblebrook High School.
